Carrot Loaf Recipe

Ingredients required for Carrot Loaf Cake Recipe. This simple Carrot Loaf Cake Recipe can be made at home with basic equipment.

  • 1 cup White flour
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ cup grated carrot
Cooking instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 165°C
  2. First, separate the eggs and beat the whites to a peak.
  3. After it has reached a stiff peak, gradually add the white sugar to the beaten egg whites.
  4. Next, in a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add everything except the egg whites and carrots.
  5. Once it is mixed, gently fold in the egg whites and then the carrots.
  6. Bake it for 30 – 35 minutes.
